一、設(shè)備名稱及數(shù)量Name and quantity of equipment:

彎曲試驗機90°  （Bending test machine 90°）             

彎曲試驗機180° （Bending test machine 180 °）  

二、用途Use：

用于檢測產(chǎn)品彎曲性能。（針對于銅材鋁材產(chǎn)品）

三、主要技術(shù)要求Main technical requirements:

1、按照工藝要求，與材料接觸面光滑，不能對材料造成刮擦和損傷。

According to the process requirements, the contact surface with the material is smooth, can not cause scratching and damage to the material.

2、量具平面表面光潔度32級，沖頭表面光潔度16級。

      Measuring tool plane surface finish level 32, punch surface finish level 16.

3、按照R角要求制作壓頭，標(biāo)識壓頭尺寸。

Make the pressure head according to R Angle requirements, mark the size of the pressure head.

(1）折彎90° R（mm）包含25個模具壓頭：

4、整機及附屬部件采用工具鋼、模具鋼、不銹鋼制作，正常情況不易生銹，使用過程耐磨損。
